The War For Oil

Its War Baby!

Missions at the Chain Of Command start where the great Cold War Crisis and Red Hammer campaigns leave off with section commander. You wont find many Rambos here.

Missions here are designed to force you to be in command. Where the soldiers under you and the generals above you expect you to make the right decisions. Where if you crusk up real bad you don't just buy the farm you get court-martialed and your soldiers end up dead.

Content

Here you will find missions made with both the old version of the command engine and the new as well as other command interfaces implemented in Operation Flashpoint .

We also host standard OFP missions that involve good use of sections. Where the mission is of a type that can not be completed by a lone soldier doing a Rambo. Its not to denigrate the hero there are several soldiers verified to have taken on insuperable odds and succeeded. That is what they issue medals for but medals do not win wars and heroes only win battles sometimes.

The way most battles and campaigns are won is by thoroughly trained soldiers lead well and acting to a plan. That is why we have: corporals, sergeants, lieutenants, captains, majors, colonels and generals. That why we have The Chain Of Command .
